This advanced wet blasting method uses a combination of water, fine abrasive media, and compressed air to gently clean, smooth, and restore surfaces without creating dust or damaging the material.
Unlike dry blasting, vapor honing’s water-based cushion protects delicate parts—making it ideal for vintage components, intricate engine pieces, and specialty finishes. The result is a much smoother surface with a subtle satin-like shine that not only looks great but is also easier to maintain over time.
While our passion lies in motorcycles and automobiles, our services extend to a wide range of industries, from industrial machinery to custom fabrication projects. Whether you need to remove rust, oxidation, or years of grime, we deliver a consistent, like-new finish that preserves the integrity and value of every part we touch.
OUR SERVICES
$90 per hour
Once we receive your parts, they will be inspected and photographed. If pre-cleaning is required, you will be notified before any work begins. Parts are processed as received—we do not provide disassembly or reassembly services. Upon completion, your parts will be photographed again before packaging and shipping. Vapor honing
$80 per hour
Cleaning and preparing your parts before sending them in helps speed up and simplify the process. Any parts that arrive dirty, oily, or greasy will require pre-cleaning before vapor honing. If pre-cleaning is necessary, you will be notified before we begin.

We offer convenient pick-up and delivery services for shops in and around the Charlotte, NC area. Most orders are processed with next-day turnaround to help keep your business running smoothly.
